Full welcome customization is a Custom-tier feature.
The Welcome Embed
Every ticket opens with a welcome embed that greets the user and shows the details they submitted. How much of it you can change depends on your tier, and it is all edited from the panel's welcome embed editor in the dashboard.
What Each Tier Can Change

| Free | Uses the default Help Buddy welcome embed (not editable) |
| Premium | Title, description, and color |
| Custom | Everything: title, description, color, author, footer, thumbnail, and image |
Custom is also the tier that can remove the Help Buddy branding from the author and footer and replace it with your own.
Placeholders
Use these in the title or description and they are filled in for each ticket:

The details a user submits in the creation form are also included in the welcome embed automatically.
