Blacklist

Block specific users from opening new support tickets.

Premium Feature

The Blacklist requires Premium or Custom tier.

Overview

The blacklist lets your team prevent specific users from opening new tickets. Blacklisted users who attempt to open a ticket receive a private error message. No ticket channel is created.

Staff and admins can add someone to the blacklist. Only admins and the server owner can remove an entry.

Commands

CommandDescription
/blacklist addAdds a user to the blacklist. Accepts an optional reason and an optional duration.
/blacklist removeRemoves a user from the blacklist. They can open tickets again immediately.
/blacklist viewLists all blacklisted users with reason, date added, and who added them.

Example

/blacklist add user:@username reason:Repeated abuse of the support system

Temporary Blocks

The duration option offers presets from 10 minutes to 7 days, and accepts a custom value in the same format, such as 45m, 3h or 14d. Leave it blank to block the user permanently. Expired entries clear themselves automatically.

Tip

Always include a reason. It appears in /blacklist view and in the dashboard, giving your team context when reviewing the list later.

Managing the Blacklist in the Dashboard

The Blacklist tab in the dashboard shows the full list without using Discord commands. Staff and admins can add an entry there, and admins can remove one. Set a duration with the number box and the units dropdown, or leave it blank to block the user permanently. This is useful for reviewing the list in bulk or making changes when you are not in a Discord channel.
