The Custom Bot is a Custom-tier feature.

Your Own Branded Bot

On the Custom tier, Help Buddy runs as a dedicated bot that carries your name, avatar, and status instead of the shared Help Buddy bot. To your members, support is fully white-labeled as your own.

Setup

  1. Create a bot application in the Discord Developer Portal and copy its token.
  2. In the dashboard's Bot Settings, paste the token to connect your bot.
  3. Set the bot's name, avatar, and status, then invite it to your server.

Your bot handles all ticketing for the server from that point on. Name, avatar, and status changes made in the dashboard apply automatically.

If Your Subscription Lapses

If a Custom subscription lapses past its grace period, the custom bot is taken offline and the shared Help Buddy bot can be reinvited so support keeps working. Resubscribing within 30 days restores your custom bot automatically; after that, the stored token is removed.
