General Settings
The most important configuration page for your server. Key settings include:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Support Roles | Roles whose members are treated as staff across all tickets |
| Log Channel | Where ticket open and close notifications are posted |
| Transcript Channel | Where transcript embeds are sent on ticket close |
| Ticket Category | The channel category under which ticket channels are created |
| Ticket Number Counters | View and reset per-type sequential counters |

Live Chat
The Live Chat view shows real-time messages in open ticket channels. Staff can read and respond to tickets directly from the dashboard without switching to Discord. Messages sent from the dashboard appear in the ticket channel as bot messages attributed to the staff member.
Bot Settings (Custom Tier)
Premium Feature
Custom tier servers can configure a fully branded bot: custom name, avatar image, and status message. These are visible to all users in Discord who can see the bot.
