Live Chat

The Live Chat view shows real-time messages in open ticket channels. Staff can read and respond to tickets directly from the dashboard without switching to Discord. Messages sent from the dashboard appear in the ticket channel as bot messages attributed to the staff member.

Bot Settings (Custom Tier)

Premium Feature

Custom bot configuration is only available on the Custom tier. Changes apply to the dedicated bot instance assigned exclusively to your server.

Custom tier servers can configure a fully branded bot: custom name, avatar image, and status message. These are visible to all users in Discord who can see the bot.
