Commands Reference

A complete reference for all slash commands available in Help Buddy.

Ticket Commands

All ticket management commands live under the /ticket group.

Command	Description	Who Can Use
`/ticket create`	Opens a new ticket. Accepts an optional `type` parameter.	All users
`/ticket close`	Closes the current ticket after a confirmation prompt. Generates a transcript.	Opener, Staff
`/ticket claim`	Assigns the ticket to the staff member who runs the command.	Staff
`/ticket unclaim`	Removes the claim from the current ticket.	Claiming staff member
`/ticket add`	Adds a user to the ticket channel. Requires a `user` parameter.	Staff
`/ticket remove`	Removes a user from the ticket channel. Requires a `user` parameter.	Staff
`/ticket transfer`	Transfers ticket ownership to another user.	Staff
`/ticket rename`	Renames the current ticket channel.	Staff
`/ticket note`	Posts a visually distinct internal staff note in the ticket.	Staff
`/ticket priority`	Sets the priority level. Options: Low, Normal, High, Urgent.	Staff — Premium
`/ticket transcript`	Manually generates a transcript without closing the ticket.	Staff

`/panel create`	Creates a new ticket panel embed in the specified channel.	Admin
`/panel edit`	Edits the title or description of an existing panel embed.	Admin

Snippets require Premium or Custom tier.

Command	Description	Who Can Use
`/snippet use`	Sends a saved snippet as a message. Requires a `name` parameter.	Staff
`/snippet list`	Lists all snippets with name and content preview.	Staff

Blacklist commands require Premium or Custom tier.

Command	Description	Who Can Use
`/blacklist add`	Blocks a user from opening tickets. Optional `reason` parameter.	Admin
`/blacklist remove`	Removes a user from the blacklist.	Admin
`/blacklist view`	Lists all blacklisted users with reason and date added.	Admin

`/setup`	Runs the initial guided setup for Help Buddy on the server.
